DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Brand & Content Support: · Assist the Brand Manager in developing visuals, graphics, and written content for marketing campaigns and internal communications. · Support ongoing branding initiatives, including updates to materials and presentations. · Utilize platforms such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging content. · Maintain consistency and quality across marketing materials, newsletters, and digital collateral. Social Media & Online Presence: · Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, to drive audience engagement and growth. · Support the development of social campaigns, including concept creation, and graphics. · Monitor, update, and maintain Aspire’s Glassdoor account and respond to Google reviews, helping to uphold a positive company reputation. · Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest content optimizations.
