ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director of Medical Services at Griffith Base Hospital of Murrumbidgee Local Health District. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support, manage sensitive information with discretion, and coordinate complex schedules and communications.
You’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the Director’s office; drafting correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating meetings, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgement will be key to your success.
This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the delivery of quality healthcare services across the region, working closely with senior leaders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Working days are Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm.
