We're seeking passionate IT support professionals with experience in:

✅ Level 1 and/or Level 2 IT Support

✅ Desktop Support and End User Computing

✅ Service Desk Operations

✅ Incident and Request Management

✅ Microsoft 365 and Windows Environments

✅ Active Directory Administration

✅ Hardware and Software Troubleshooting

✅ IT Asset Management and Device Deployment

✅ Customer-Focused Technical Support

Security Clearance

We welcome applications from candidates who:

• Hold a current Baseline, NV1, NV2, or higher Security Clearance
• Are able to obtain a Security Clearance
• Do not currently hold a clearance but are interested in future opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support roles
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent are advantageous
