Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own coverage, ramp and CRM hygiene data for the assigned region, acting as the primary point of contact for these datasets.
  • Build and maintain attainment reporting for BDR leadership cadences, translating territory-level signals into inputs for the global capacity model.
  • Run recurring diagnostic checks, including weekly ARR and close-date movement analysis, escalating and acting on anomalies as they arise.
  • Maintain territory assignments and headcount status, proactively flagging coverage gaps and staffing needs to the Capacity and Annual Planning Manager.
  • Partner with regional BDR leaders on territory planning questions, data requests and broader operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Marketing Operations, Go-to-Market or a related function, ideally within the software industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field.
  • Strong data analysis skills across Excel, SQL, Tableau or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics, plus tools like Outreach.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to data accuracy.
