Working closely with publishing and editorial teams to directly support the identification, recruitment and appointment of key external partners to meet business goals and editorial strategy. Meeting and where possible exceeding key performance indicators related to successful recruitment and network health. Working cross functionally with internal colleagues including Publishing, Marketing, Research Development & Outreach and Editor Services to continuously improve processes relating to editor recruitment and onboarding.
