With over 300 open positions and a rapidly expanding client base, the business is growing faster than its current team can handle. They are looking for a proactive, high-energy recruiter who can hit the ground running — building a strong candidate pipeline, engaging clinicians across social platforms, and contributing to the company's brand visibility online. This is a candidate-facing, interview-heavy role with direct mentorship from a senior recruiter. About the Role As a Recruiter, you will be the engine behind the company's candidate pipeline. This is a 180-degree recruitment role — meaning it is highly candidate-facing rather than client-facing. You will be conducting back-to-back screening interviews, proactively sourcing clinicians across multiple platforms, managing your pipeline with discipline, and building the brand's presence in online communities. This is not a commission-based role. Please Note: Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM South African time, subject to daylight savings) Public Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).
