In this pre- and post-sale frontline role, you’ll help prepare Professional Services Managers for the deployment of Axon hardware, software, and trial programs while also coordinating contract details and implementation schedules. What You'll Do Location: This role is based out of one of our hub locations (Scottsdale AZ, Atlanta GA, Denver CO, Boston MA, Seattle WA, Washington DC, San Francisco CA) and follows a hybrid schedule. Draft, edit and prepare correspondence, reports and other material using word processing, spreadsheets and/or databases. Organizes and implements administrative systems and procedures performing necessary support duties. Prepares and maintains records, reviews of complex documents, reports, etc., to assure compliance and notifies supervisor of unusual situations. Maintain PSO calendar and keep internal and external stakeholders updated on deployment dates and deliverables. What You Bring A minimum of 5+ years of proven and referenceable experience in a similar role. Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
