Documentation Assistance: Support patients in completing required forms and paperwork, providing clear guidance to ensure accuracy and completeness. Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate patient concerns to the appropriate team members or departments to maintain service excellence and satisfaction. Referral and Record Management: Accurately enter referral information, manage patient records, and ensure that all medical charts are up-to-date and readily accessible.
