The Key Account Manager will serve as the primary commercial lead for high-visibility customers, driving business growth, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships. Lead annual business planning, pricing reviews, and customer scorecard presentations to drive account performance. Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with customer objectives and company capacity. Partner with internal teams across Operations, QA, R&D, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and flawless execution. Monitor forecasting, demand planning, and profitability, identifying levers for margin improvement. Support product commercialization, sustainability initiatives, and operational troubleshooting. Conduct on-site business reviews and production visits to strengthen customer partnerships. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience managing national or strategic accounts in food manufacturing, ingredient sales, or contract manufacturing. Proven success working with large enterprise customers (CPG, confectionery, or beverage companies). Strong understanding of contract manufacturing, pricing models, and customer P&L management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with comfort engaging at executive levels. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
