DIRECTORATE Business, Growth & Community   CLASSIFICATION Grade H   SALARY $97,623 to $113,243 pa + 12% employer contribution to superannuation   REPORTING TO Team Leader Governance & Executive Support   EMPLOYMENT TYPE Permanent Full Time   THE POSITION  The Audit and Governance Co-ordinator  provides support to the Team Leader Governance and Executive Support in ensuring the coordination, compliance and facilitation across AlburyCity.  This role has a primary focus on the AlburyCity’s Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee (ARIC), Internal Audit and broader Governance functions, as well as the coordination and administration of Council and Committee meetings, Public Forums, Community Forums and RAMJO meetings.  The position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of the Council Governance Officer across all assigned tasks, including providing guidance, support, quality assurance and assistance with complex or high-profile meetings.  This includes overseeing the administration of meetings, preparation of agendas and minutes, workflow management,, action tracking and ensuring accountability and legislative compliance are achieved.  The role engages with internal and external stakeholders to assist with delivering key governance audit actions.
