Description du poste Nous recherchons un Directeur Comptable H/F en CDI à Lattes (Proximité Montpellier). Ce que nous pouvons accomplir ensemble : Au sein de la Direction Financière, vous garantissez la fiabilité des comptes statutaires des sociétés du groupe SEPTEO, dans le respect des normes comptables, fiscales et légales. Vous supervisez les équipes comptables (20 personnes) des différentes entités et contribuez activement à la dynamique de transformation et de modernisation de la fonction finance. Vos missions: Pilotage de la clôture des comptes : Assurer la clôture des comptes sociaux des entités du Groupe, la collecte et la fiabilité des données financières. Produire les déclarations fiscales (IS, CVAE, TF...) et garantir leur conformité. Veiller à la correcte remontée des flux intragroupes pour la consolidation. Garantir le respect des normes comptables locales et internationales. Organiser et sécuriser les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles dans le respect des délais Groupe. Analyser la cohérence des résultats par rapport au budget. Contrôle interne et conformité: Définir, mettre en place et faire vivre les procédures comptables et de contrôle interne. Assurer la conformité aux obligations comptables, fiscales et légales. Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des auditeurs externes, experts comptables, et autorités fiscales. Planifier et coordonner les audits comptables et financiers. Management et organisation de l'activité: Structurer et animer les pôles comptabilité générale et fournisseurs, en France et à l’international. Encadrer et accompagner les équipes dans leur montée en compétences et leur autonomie. Faire évoluer les processus, procédures et outils comptables dans une logique d’amélioration continue. Intégrer les leviers d’automatisation et d’IA au service de la performance et de la fiabilité. Projets transverses: Contribuer aux projets de transformation financière (PDP, comptabilité analytique, CSRD…). Participer activement aux projets stratégiques du Groupe : croissance, fusions, restructurations, distribution de dividendes… Collaborer étroitement avec les services de la direction financière sur les chantiers d’optimisation et de simplification.
