Gestion de la relation client avec les propriétaires Suivre la satisfaction client (NPS/CSAT) du portefeuille géré Assurer la gestion technique des biens gérés (suivi et planification des travaux et interventions, gestion des prestataires des immeubles en monopropriété, renouvellement des baux commerciaux et d'habitation, suivi des aspects fiscaux et administratifs) Effectuer le suivi et la déclaration des sinistres (PNO, GLI, DI, VL, DO, Levée de réserve) Gérer le contentieux : gestion des réclamations, litiges, impayés, et recouvrements Effectuer les traitements comptables : préparation et vérification des comptes rendus de gérance (CRG), réalisation des facturations, gestion des paiements fournisseurs, propriétaires et dépôts de garantie, assistance fiscale pour les propriétaires (ADRF), etc. Préparer les Aides aux Déclarations des Revenus Foncier (ADRF) Gérer la trésorerie des propriétaires Supervision et suivi hebdomadaire d’un ou de plusieurs assistant/e(s) de gestion locative.
