Office Assistant with Errand Duties are responsible for the following essential job functions: Running errands (partners, staff, clients) Transport deposits to banks Transport boxes and files to off-site storage Pick-up breakfast, lunch and dinner as needed for the firm Order kitchen supplies online Stock supplies (paper and kitchen) Clean out refrigerator every Friday Process outgoing mail and deliver to post office daily Water plants Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail Scanning and linking documents to computer system Staff moves Deliver bank deposits as needed. Responsible for copier and printer maintenance scheduling Handles administrative digital processing, copying, and binding of financial statements.
