Key Responsibilities * Coordinate inductions, contractor administration and vendor onboarding activities. * Support HSE processes including audits, compliance tracking and reporting. * Manage SharePoint records, documentation and account administration. * Coordinate planned maintenance schedules and asset audits. * Prepare monthly reports, Power BI reports and client reporting deliverables. * Assist with purchase orders, invoice records and financial administration. * Coordinate meetings, agendas and related documentation. * Conduct contractor spot checks and support continuous improvement activities. Education, Experience & Skills Essential * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Experience in administration, coordination or office support roles. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint. * Experience managing records, reports and documentation. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Experience coordinating vendors, contractors or service providers. * A collaborative approach and attention to detail.
