  • Recording Financial Transactions.
  • Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable.
  • Prepare Operational Reports for the Director.
  • Manage and Control Petty Cash.
  • Communicate information with the CPA and finance team.

General Admin

  • Purchasing office resources.
  • Office operation management.
  • Organize Internal and External Events.
  • Organize Documents both Physically and on the Cloud.
  • Conduct any Other Admin Task as required by the Director.

Human Resources

  • Source Potential Candidates.
  • Assist with the Hiring Process.
  • Collect, Compile, and Analyze HR data.
  • Prepare Employee Contracts and Other Documents.

Requirements

  • Maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.
  • Pay attention to detail.
