Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments including client due diligence (CDD) verification, bad press and world checks, PEP identification, and serviced entity risk rating (SERR) evaluations; prepare supporting compliance memoranda and documentation. Process complex corporate transactions and documentation including loan agreements, capital contributions, share distributions, dividend allocations, UBO identification and registration, and bank account management. Support regulatory and administrative functions including statutory changes, liquidation procedures, bank signatory updates, and assistance with periodic bank file reviews. Review and quality assure client files, CDD worksheets, compliance checks, and corporate secretarial deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
