Key Responsibilities: Generate and develop new sales opportunities for CAT6, CAT6A, and fiber optic cabling projects. Prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking events, social media, and referrals. Build and manage a pipeline of both short-term and long-term project opportunities. Conduct site visits and coordinate with project managers and estimators to prepare quotes and proposals. Understand client network and infrastructure needs to develop tailored cabling solutions. Present proposals to clients and negotiate pricing, terms, and project scopes. Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads generated through marketing and online platforms. Maintain all opportunities, contacts, and communications in the CRM system. Represent Shock I.T. Support at industry and networking events to promote our services and brand. Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure smooth project handoffs. Provide monthly sales activity reports and forecasting to management.
