DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join the team. The successful candidate will be an ambitious, dynamic, motivated and creative individual, who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career.
The position is suited to a talented and experienced individual who will play a key role in maintaining and evolving ADAM’s brand identity while contributing to the visual storytelling of our projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of artistic vision, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of architectural illustration, complex document design, branding, and marketing. This role requires someone who can effectively apply appropriate design principles, templates, and layouts to a variety of tasks, ensuring consistency and quality across all visual communications.

KEY COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Strong design skills with an understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills with meticulous attention to file management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A strong visual portfolio.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an architecture, design, or creative studio.

Desirable but not essential:

• Interest in traditional and classical architecture.
• Experience in video editing (clipping, adding effects, optimising for different platforms).
