Missions principales Nous avons demandé à Valérie, Assistante Manager, de nous décrire son quotidien. Voici ses missions : Participer à la réception des marchandises et à la mise en rayons. Accueillir les clients et les conseiller avec une approche commerçante. Veiller à la propreté et à l'ordre du magasin. Encaisser les clients avec disponibilité et convivialité. Chaque jour, vous formez un binôme avec votre Responsable de magasin afin de contribuer à : La gestion des commandes et des stocks Le management de l’équipe sur le terrain Le développement du chiffre d’affaires et le respect de la politique commerciale Profil recherché Expérience en tant que manager d'équipe de vente Véritable âme de commerçant, doté d’un sens du service client et d’une grande convivialité Motivé à l'idée de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et changeant Êtes curieux, ouvert d’esprit, un manager qui ose, s’engage et s’implique Vous êtes dynamique, enthousiaste et avez une passion pour le commerce et la relation client.
