Data Management and Analysis: •Act as a strategic data advisor to the business, shaping innovative data solutions from concept to execution. •Design, train, and optimize machine learning models using appropriate algorithms and validation techniques to ensure robust predictive performance. •Build and maintain automated ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data processing and delivery using big data platforms. •Design scalable data models and storage solutions for structured and unstructured data using big data platforms. •Oversee acquisition, cleaning, and integration of large datasets while ensuring data quality and governance. •Perform complex data analysis and generate actionable insights to support strategic decisions. •Create dashboards and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Project Management: •Lead the team in planning, executing, and monitoring data-driven projects. •Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met within timelines. •Identify and address potential roadblocks and propose solutions to maintain project momentum. • Quality Assurance: •Develop and implement data quality control procedures to ensure data accuracy and completeness. •Conduct regular data audits and perform root cause analysis for any data discrepancies. •Work closely with data engineers to maintain and improve data infrastructure. • Stakeholder Engagement: •Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions. •Communicate complex data-related concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. •Act as a liaison between the Data and Analytics Team and other departments to facilitate data-sharing and collaboration. • Continuous Improvement: •Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics. •Propose and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. •Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
