As part of this transformation, we are seeking a GenAI Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and technical delivery of AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity and empower teams across the business. This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Technology & Data Solutions, and serves as the technical leader for our AI engineering function, providing architectural direction and technical leadership to GenAI Developers and partnering closely with stakeholders across Technology, Data, Privacy, Security, and business teams. You will define the patterns, guardrails, and architectural foundations that ensure AI solutions are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with Assent’s standards — while enabling responsible and effective use of AI across the company. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to influence and collaborate across functions. You will play a central role in shaping how Assent leverages AI to streamline operations, unlock efficiency, and equip teams with modern tools that augment their work. Architecture & Solution Design Lead the design of production-grade GenAI solutions including copilots, automated workflows, retrieval systems, and agent-based architectures. Develop and maintain reusable patterns, reference architectures, design standards, and code templates. Provide solution design leadership and architectural oversight for all AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology strategy. Evaluate emerging LLM capabilities and guide model selection, integration strategy, and implementation approach. Engineering Leadership Provide technical guidance, oversight, training, and enablement to both specialized GenAI program developers and citizen developers/champions across the organization, ensuring high-quality implementation aligned with architectural standards. Provide architectural leadership and delivery oversight to cross-functional team members mobilized for GenAI projects, ensuring their work aligns with established patterns, standards, and governance requirements. Translate solution designs into clear engineering specifications and development plans. Oversee code quality, development workflows, testing strategies, and deployment processes.
