As an Sr HR Admin at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. Your role will involve working closely with internal and external customers, business leaders, and various departments to deliver timely and efficient HR services in line with Honeywell processes and policies. You will play a vital role in onboarding and offboarding administration, employee letters, payroll input administration, HR admin administration, medical and benefits administration, time and attendance administration, local authorities’ administration, and employee file management. Your attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills will be crucial in managing employee data and records accurately and confidentially.
You will report directly to our HR Services Manager and you’ll work out of our Lugoj, Romania location.
