What will I be doing?
In the aerospace manufacturing sector, the HR Administrator will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the HR team, assisting in the delivery of a comprehensive generalist HR service. The role responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of administrative and operational support. This includes ensuring data accuracy and efficiency, managing HR information and system transactions, and delivering a professional and high-quality service. By maintaining high standards, demonstrating inquisitiveness, and adopting best practices, the role will help shape our HR service delivery and foster positive outcomes for our employees and the business.
