This role requires a blend of strategic product thinking and tactical project execution. You'll be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, gathering and prioritizing customer needs, and translating them into clear, actionable requirements. A core function will be writing detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and design teams. Furthermore, you will manage project timelines, resources, and cross-functional communication, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining scope and quality. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with business and IT teams to understand current state and document end to end process and system flows. Partner with architecture team to build out target state for systems. Work with IT and product vendors to come up requirements and high level design. Develops and prepares project plans including scheduling, costs, resources, and other operational concerns. Analyzes business systems specifications. Defines and documents product requirements, project deliverables, and product acceptance criteria. Meet with clients to analyze their individual needs, determine priorities, provide estimates and determine scope -Manage scope, schedule and quality. Lead requirements gathering sessions; investigate, document and analyze key client organizational processes -Identify needs and develop customized solutions. Maintain an effective client follow-up system to ensure clients are contacted in regards to project progress and overall satisfaction.
