This role ensures the guidance of Franchise locations to deliver and maintain high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance across pharmacy, nursing, logistics, and customer service teams.   Duties/Responsibilities:   What your day-to-day will be like: * Lead strategic initiatives that strengthen brand integrity, optimize owner returns, and support Vital Care’s long-term vision for the region. * Drive execution of initiatives by managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and go to market processes across channels. * Localize brand programs for the market, ensuring brand standards, and swim lane clarity are upheld for both managed and franchised locations. * Prepare and deliver project status updates, performance reviews, and business insights to senior leaders and cross functional teams. * Become the first line call resolution for our Franchise owners on daily operating and growth questions regarding the standard operating procedures.
