Role details: Job title: Business Administrator Contract length: 12 months Location: Thurso Contract type: PAYE via Umbrella solution Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Under Site Management - Interrogate the SAP Plant Maintenance System and Release/Print all scheduled Work Orders within Engineering Function then ensure all SAP updates are completed and scheduled/unscheduled tasks are completed and schedules updated for the end of each AP. Under Site Management – Update SAP Project Systems through administration of labour booking, and service entry inputs to ensure business and financial requirements are up to date at the end of each AP. Under Site Management – Procure all necessary equipment, consumables associated with Defect/Modifications Work Package using SAP Purchasing Software. Under Defect Management/Modifications - Interrogate the SAP Plant Maintenance System and Release/Print all scheduled Work Orders within Engineering Function then ensure all SAP updates are completed and scheduled/unscheduled tasks are completed and schedules updated for the end of each AP.
