Description du poste Le laboratoire Eurofins Analyses pour le Bâtiment Eichrom basé à Bruz (35) spécialisé dans les polluants du bâtiment (amiante, plomb) recherche son.sa Business Unit Manager qui prendra la responsabilité complète de l'entité et aura pour rôle principal la : QSE : respecter et faire respecter les normes de sécurité et les réglementations en vigueur, Veiller au respect et renouvellement de l’ensemble de nos accréditations, et mettre en œuvre les projets RSE au sein du laboratoire. Production : Manager vos équipes de Cadres et non-cadres (autour de 50 personnes). Garantir la satisfacfion client en assurant la performance opérationnelle de l’ensemble de la chaîne de production analytique en pilotant les indicateurs clés : qualité, délais, productivité. Etablir les plans d’actions d’amélioration continue et veiller à la fiabilité des processus. Développement commercial : Établir la stratégie commerciale de la business unit en adoptant une approche résolument customer centric, piloter les équipes commerciales et veiller à ce que les actions menées répondent pleinement aux besoins et attentes des clients.
