The role will be based in our Bangalore office in India. This role helps to ensure systemic accuracy and usability of our sales tools through timely and accurate resolution of support tickets. Primary sales tools to be supported will include, but not be limited to Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ (FKA Steel brick), Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.ai, Close Plan, and Callidus Commissions.
