Key Responsibilities Support sales team members in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers, creating and maintaining sales and marketing assets, including demos, presentations, and visual materials used in customer engagements. Monitor and identify opportunities to learn about market trends, customer needs, and the event technology landscape Learn and develop a strong understanding of InEvent’s event technology and AV software solutions to effectively support demos and presentations. Assist in the sales process by preparing presentation decks, demo environments, and supporting materials, as well as coordinating meetings when needed. Assist in the sales process by preparing sales materials, scheduling meetings, and following up on leads. Engage with prospective customers through multiple channels (phone, email, and other outreach methods) to gather information and build initial relationships Participate actively in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge Provide basic product information and assist in responding to initial customer inquiries, primarily through prepared marketing and demo content. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales support activities and materials within CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot).
