Key Responsibilities: Answer phone calls, respond to emails and online chats Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and class adjustments. Prioritize as needed Process enrollments, payments, and schedule changes Make outbound calls to self-generated and acquired leads Maintain accurate call records by documenting all call details in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
