Description We are seeking a product-oriented IT Business Analyst to drive the design, enhancement, and optimization of our billing and financial systems. This role will act as a Product Owner for billing-related platforms, translating business needs into scalable system solutions and leading system configuration, automation, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong system thinking, understands billing and financial workflows, and is capable of designing product features, defining requirements, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver efficient and accurate billing capabilities.
