The service provider will contribute to the scope through several activities, such as (but no limited to): Coordinate and contribute to BAU activities, including continuous improvements, release analyses, impact assessments, in partnership with the BAU Lead. Take ownership of selected L3 (complex) tickets when required. Manage small projects, Non‑Standard Requests, and feature analyses. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner throughout the product life cycle.
