Job Description We are seeking to expand our team with a full-time Business Controller (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible. The successful candidate will take on the following responsibilities: Serve as a strategic business partner to senior management Participate in cross-functional and cross-topic corporate projects within an international environment Conduct P&L analyses and implement as well as monitor corrective and counteractive measures Carry out budget planning and forecasting, support operational planning, and manage monthly closing and reporting activities Serve as a contact person for cost transparency projects Prepare ad hoc reports for management and optimize internal processes Qualifications A successfully completed university degree, preferably in Business Administration or Economics with a focus on Finance — or equivalent extensive professional experience in the field An analytical mindset combined with a proactive personality and a strong sense of responsibility when it comes to priorities and data quality A high degree of self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently and in an organized manner Excellent MS Office skills, especially advanced proficiency in Excel, and a passion for building complex spreadsheets, formulas, and data analyses Ideally, initial experience with tools such as PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and database systems Strong analytical and communication skills Good command of Italian and English; fluency in German is a strong advantage Flexibility and openness to evolving tasks and topics Additional Information What can we offer you?
