Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management · Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial and OEM customers, ensuring loyalty and long-term satisfaction. · Proactively identify opportunities to support customer operations and promote product solutions. · Maintain detailed, accurate customer information and activity records in the CRM system.
