As a member of the Business Development and Marketing Department, the Senior Manager of Business Development Technology is a key leadership role within the Business Development & Marketing function. The Senior Manager of Business Development Technology is responsible for the oversight and strategic direction of the firm’s CRM/ERM platforms, marketing data analytics, and AI-driven tools that support client development and firmwide business intelligence.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing technology and data analytics, preferably within a professional services or law firm environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Deep understanding of CRM/ERM systems such as InterAction, Salesforce, Foundation, or DealCloud.
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Experience deploying or managing tech tools in a marketing or business development context.
• Familiarity with data privacy and governance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and their integration with CRM systems (e.g., Vuture, HubSpot).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Google Analytics, AI/ML).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
