Job Description The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of assigned equipment and software within the Document Handling product line across a designated region. This role serves as a strategic advocate for the product portfolio, delivering product training, and sales support to both Direct and Dealer sales teams. The ideal candidate is a dynamic presenter, a skilled trainer, and a trusted advisor with deep industry knowledge and a passion for sales excellence. Sales Growth & Product Advocacy: Increase regional sales of Document Handling equipment and software through strategic initiatives and field engagement. Act as a product line champion, promoting awareness, adoption, and competitive positioning across Direct and Dealer channels. Product Training: Design and deliver impactful product training programs focused on product positioning, industry trends, and customer value. Maintain expert-level knowledge of the mailing and document handling industry to ensure training relevance and effectiveness. Sales Support & Dealer Engagement: Provide consultative support to local Dealers, Direct sales representatives, and dealer principals to enhance sales performance. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify opportunities and remove barriers to growth. Content Development & Presentation Leadership: Serve as a presenter for Quadient Live, shaping the messaging and delivery of product presentations to prospects and internal teams. Help with training programs for both sales and service teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.
