MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Hands-on experience working with React.js environments or collaborating directly with React developers.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices, including working with charts, dashboards, and tabular data interfaces.
• Experience in designing enterprise-level tools, especially in inventory, asset management, or contract workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to define and communicate user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes clearly.
• Experience with MVP delivery, agile teams, and defining front-end scope based on evolving requirements.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive web design principles.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a talented and driven UX/Product Designer with strong experience in React-based environments to lead the user experience strategy, interface design, and front-end requirements for a suite of data visualization and software inventory/contract management tools. This role is crucial in shaping user journeys and creating compelling, intuitive interfaces that serve complex enterprise use cases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead UX/UI design efforts for front-end tools related to data visualization and software asset/contract management platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Data Engineers to assess front-end tooling and deliver design solutions that meet business and user needs.
• Define and document user journeys, personas, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI prototypes.
• Translate complex workflows and datasets into clear, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Work alongside developers to implement front-end experiences in React, ensuring pixel-perfect and responsive design.
• Conduct usability testing, user feedback sessions, and iterate based on results to continuously improve product quality.
• Drive design decisions for MVP launches, defining front-end behavior and interactions aligned with product goals.
• Maintain consistency in branding, layout, and visual storytelling across applications.
• Contribute to design system components and establish reusable patterns for future use.
