QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

• Proficient user of Adobe creative suite, especially InDesign, for creating digital and print assets.
• Strong design skills and experience of using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality, often under tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and levels of self-organisation.
• High quality copywriting skills.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in delivering the marketing strategy for our B2B initiatives.
This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the B2B landscape, capable of developing and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with our customers and drive revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the marketing team with the implementation and delivery of comprehensive marketing activity tailored to the B2B market, focusing on lead generation, brand positioning and customer retention.
• Support the design, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing and events.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, account management and others, to ensure alignment and maximise the impact of our marketing efforts.
• You will create regular and engaging marketing campaigns in order to promote the business’s proposition across all channels, including, but not limited to; social media, website, email, video and visually engaging content.
• Ensure complete consistency, accuracy and continuity of brand and tone across all marketing channels.
• You will be a brand ambassador and be one of the go-to people in the business to support with guidance on working with our brand.
• You will monitor competitor and industry activity, making recommendations to the team on key observations and trends i.e. common themes, discussion points, hot topics and trending content.
• Alongside your colleagues in the marketing team, you will work collaboratively to ensure our website and sub-sites are maintained regularly, inclusive of fresh and engaging content.
• You will use analytical tools to identify areas of improvement or opportunities within our marketing activity, including website and social media performance.
• Support the marketing team with any aligned activity in conjunction with our partners marketing campaigns ensuring advertising commitments are met.
• To establish good relationships with internal departments, to create a common approach and high standard of content for engaging with their external audiences e.g. Sales, Account Management, Commercial.
