POSITION SUMMARY: The Lamination Tech removes all air from wet glass using a brush and/or roller. Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications. Installs different parts prior to glass work. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs pattern cutting and rolling fiberglass. Properly uses resin and putty. Installs boxes, foam tanks and stringers Grinds out small imperfections Performs general housekeeping. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of prior retail experience, preferably in an apparel or specialty store environment. Prior sewing experience is required, ideally in a bridal or special occasion production environment.
