ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES * Assumes responsibility and ensures that the loan documents are created accurately both internally and by approved attorneys in a timely manner. * Detailed collateral perfection knowledge of real estate, commercial & industrial lending. * Maintains the daily workflow activity to ensure service level commitments are met. * A thorough knowledge and understanding of departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations; stays current with regulatory and market developments. * Performance measurements are comprised of documentation requirements, organizational skills, and involve a professional attitude with collaborative relationships with the lending staff in the banking centers. * Performs other duties, tasks and special projects as required, assigned, or directed.
