Key Responsibilities: Room patients, obtain vital signs, document histories, reconcile medications, and assist providers with exams and minor procedures. Perform CLIA-waived testing, administer injections, collect specimens, and provide basic patient education. Manage patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and co-pay collection. Answer phones, update EHR records, scan documents, and support patient communication. Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment.
