FULL-TIME ROLE.

The ideal candidate would be someone with ideally some experience in this role and we believe you also should:

• Ability to produce excellent high-quality food
• Good oral communication
• Be able to follow specs
• Be able to listen and follow instruction
• Be able to setup and run a section
• To have a good knowledge of health and hygiene regulation
• Have a basic knowledge of health and hygiene regulations
• To be positive and approachable
• Team player

AS A CDP YOU WILL BE CARRYING OUT DUTIES SUCH AS:

• Assist in training junior members of the kitchen brigade
• Setting up and preparing your section for service
• Cover shifts in the absence of the senior chef
• Following specs sheets and prep list
• Being able to follow senior chefs instruction
• Be able to comply with our hygiene management book
• Making sure that the quality of the food is consistent and up to the restaurant’s standards
• Closing down your section at the end of service ready for the next day
