En collaboration avec le Chargé d'Affaires Principal et le Conducteur de Travaux, vous serez responsable de la gestion globale des chantiers électriques depuis la réception des dossiers jusqu’à la livraison. Voici un aperçu de vos principales missions : Pilotage et organisation des chantiers Planification : Élaborer le planning d’exécution des interventions. Ressources : Définir les moyens humains, matériels et techniques nécessaires. Coordination : Superviser et encadrer les équipes internes et sous-traitantes. Contrôle : Assurer la conformité des travaux au cahier des charges, aux normes de sécurité et aux délais impartis. Suivi financier et administratif Reporting : Fournir un suivi administratif et financier rigoureux. Devis : Participer à la réalisation des devis pour les travaux supplémentaires. Relation client Garantir la satisfaction client en assurant une communication fluide avec les représentants du client. Gérer les éventuelles réclamations et veiller à la résolution rapide des problématiques. Qualifications Formation & expérience : Diplôme : Bac+2 minimum (BTS/DUT dans les domaines électriques ou équivalents). Expérience : Une première expérience en électricité CFO/CFA est un véritable atout Profil orienté industriel Compétences : Solides connaissances en réseaux électriques et gestion de sous-traitance. Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, …). Capacité à planifier et organiser des projets complexes. Permis : Permis B obligatoire.
