Gérer les stocks de son rayon Vérifie la qualité de la marchandise en rayon (produits abîmés, périmés…). Place en priorité la marchandise la plus ancienne en rayon afin de respecter la règle du FIFO. Contrôle la marchandise rangée dans les frigos par son équipe (le niveau de stock, l’emplacement, les origines, les DLC…). Vérifie que la casse soit bien traitée et enregistrée par son équipe. Réceptionne la nouvelle marchandise et s’assure que celle-ci soit bien conforme à la commande (Quantité, qualité…). Rempli le cadencier en fin de chaque journée pour tenir à jour les stocks. Estime des prévisions des ventes en fonction des actualités, saisons et événements commerciaux. Assure les opérations de commandes selon les niveaux de stocks constatés. 2. Appliquer les procédures d’hygiène et de qualité Met en place un plan de nettoyage conjointement avec le directeur de magasin. Assure un suivi des écrits concernant le nettoyage du laboratoire. Vérifie que les légumes à feuilles soient remballés le soir par son équipe. Contrôle la marchandise mise en rayon pour s’assurer que les origines soient bien séparées. Relève mensuellement les références jetées ainsi que leur quantité. Assure le contrôle de la température des produits en stock. 3. Animer des promotions commerciales Assure la théâtralisation des promotions pour rendre les produits attractifs. Veille au renouvellement des offres commerciales conjointement avec les acheteurs de Rungis. Identifie le besoin d’écoulement de certains fruits et légumes. 4. Contrôler les affichages réglementaires ü S’assure que les prix indiquées pour l’ensemble des produits sont à jour. ü Vérifie que les origines ont été changées sur les étiquettes des produits. 5. Superviser une équipe d’employés libre-service ü Coordonne les missions et les tâches de son équipe. ü Communique les changements en cours dans le rayon (arrivage, changement de prix, rupture…). ü Accompagne la montée en compétences des employés libre-service. ü Assure un feedback régulier à son équipe sur ses méthodes de travail (pratiques à garder, pratiques à améliorer…). 6.
