Sous la responsabilité du Chef de cuisine, vous avez pour missions principales : Aider à la mise en place des aliments: nettoie, lave, épluche, coupe, hache et cuisson. Préparer les garnitures, assaisonnements, herbes... Petite plonge Accompagner les stagiaires et nouveaux collaborateurs dans leur intégration et montée en compétences Durant le service: Aider le chef de partie dans les préparations avant envoi; suivre ses instructions.
