Au sein d’une équipe à taille humaine, proche de la direction, vous prendrez en charge la définition et la gestion de projets de bout en bout, en veillant au respect des délais et des budgets. Votre rôle contribuera directement à la qualité de raccordement de nos abonnés et à la performance de notre réseau fibre, tout en participant activement à l’amélioration continue de nos process, dans un environnement où vos idées sont écoutées et où vos décisions ont un véritable impact. Qualifications Vous êtes fait pour ce poste si vous avez : Une expérience confirmée, d'au minimum 4 ans, en gestion de projet dans le domaine de la fibre optique (raccordement et SAV d’abonnés fibre optique) Diplôme de niveau Bac+2 à Bac+5 (gestion de projet, télécoms...). Compétences techniques : Excellente connaissance des réseaux et architectures Fibre Optique. Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet, de suivi de KPI et de reporting. Compétences managériales / gestion de projet : Capacité à piloter des équipes en transverse. Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d’analyse Informations complémentaires Notre process de recrutement Préqualification téléphonique puis entretien RH avec Géraldine (responsable recrutement), pour échanger sur votre parcours, vos motivations et évaluer l’adéquation avec le poste.
