Job Description We are seeking a passionate and skilled Demi Chef de Partie (Arabic Cuisine) to join our culinary team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and presenting authentic Arabic dishes while supporting the smooth operation of the Arabic kitchen section. Support daily operations of the Arabic cuisine section, including the preparation of salads, mezze, and traditional Arabic dishes. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following authentic recipes and established standards. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Assist in managing inventory and ensuring availability of ingredients for the Arabic section. Work closely with other kitchen sections to ensure efficient and timely service. Guide and support junior kitchen staff in Arabic culinary techniques. Participate in menu discussions and contribute creative ideas related to Arabic cuisine. Maintain kitchen procedures and uphold company standards at all times. Qualifications Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts from a recognized institution At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, specializing in Arabic cuisine. Strong skills in preparing authentic Arabic dishes, salads, mezze, and desserts. Good knowledge of Arabic cooking techniques and ingredients. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
