QUELLES MISSIONS Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale, vous êtes le référent QHSE de la filiale et le garant de la conformité, de la sécurité et de la performance des projets, en particulier en phase travaux. Votre rôle s’articule autour de trois axes majeurs : 1. Stratégie, culture et déploiement QHSE Définir et déployer la politique et la feuille de route QHSE, en lien avec la direction et les standards groupe. Insuffler une culture QHSE forte auprès des équipes internes et des partenaires (formations, sensibilisation, communication). Assurer une veille réglementaire active et garantir la conformité des pratiques aux exigences sécurité et environnement du secteur BTP / ENR. 2. Excellence opérationnelle & terrain Réaliser des visites de sécurité et audits internes sur les chantiers photovoltaïques. Identifier les situations à risques et proposer des actions correctives et préventives. Piloter l’analyse des incidents, non-conformités et accidents du travail, avec une logique de retour d’expérience. Structurer, mettre à jour et faire appliquer la documentation QHSE : PPSPS, plans de prévention, procédures, fiches réflexes. 3. Certification & amélioration continue Piloter les démarches de certification ISO 9001, ISO 14001 et ISO 45001 (audits internes et externes). Superviser les audits liés aux qualifications Qualibat. Contribuer aux démarches Lean, RSE et amélioration continue. Consolider les indicateurs de performance QHSE et assurer le reporting auprès du groupe. VOUS ÊTES Issu(e) d’une formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en QSE, HSE ou équivalent. Vous justifiez de 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction QHSE, idéalement en environnement chantier ou industriel. À l’aise avec la réglementation sécurité et environnement applicable au BTP ou aux énergies renouvelables. Reconnu(e) pour votre présence terrain, votre pragmatisme et votre capacité à faire passer les messages avec pédagogie et fermeté.
