It’s about showcasing the next generation of food in a wide and inspiring way. You will: Support delivering top class culinary product demonstrations for a wide audience internal and external customers. Support delivering top class product activation, video and photography. Drive culinary input into the development process and identify strengths and areas of improvements for our products (for home chefs and professionals) Designing channel and customer specific recipe solutions. Demonstrate product benefits Train internal & external customers Execute, standardize and optimize our test methods. So what does it take to be successful in this role? You are a qualified chef with a solid educational background and a minimum of five years of experience working in professional kitchens. You have a strong understanding of how commercial restaurants operate and stay up to date with key food trends, technologies, and information relevant to your area of expertise. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to clearly convey ideas to a wide audience and work effectively within cross-functional teams. You are adaptable, able to cope with change, and demonstrate creative thinking by developing innovative culinary recipes that effectively showcase product benefits. With strong organizational and prioritization skills, you can plan and self-manage efficiently. You are also flexible and mobile, capable of short-term travel and performing under challenging circumstances, including cooking in unfamiliar kitchens abroad. You have strong English language skills and a solid understanding of the foodservice and retail industry, allowing you to anticipate and manage the impact of market trends. Additionally, you may bring knowledge of food science, facilitation or training experience, project or activation experience, and an understanding of the customer and competitor landscape, all of which are considered valuable assets.
