Maintain excellent presentation and consistency in all pastry items served, whether plated, buffet-style, or takeaway. Assist in the training and mentoring of Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs de Partie, helping to develop their technical skills and kitchen knowledge. Attending regular meetings with front and back of house teams to learn about any menu or service changes and specials alongside daily tastings. Assist in preparation of team meals as requested, considering dietary needs and variety. Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning, improvement, and teamwork. Supporting with the deep cleaning of the entire kitchen before close. Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper area at the end of service. What we are looking for...
