Tâches principales

Le ou la Chef(fe) collabore au succès de l’Estrimont. Il ou elle :

  • S’assure du bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes de la cuisine par le contrôle des coûts et la gestion des standards de qualité ;
  • Assure la gestion efficiente des ressources humaines et matérielles ;
  • Planifie, organise, dirige et contrôle l’exploitation de la cuisine pour un restaurant de 160 places, un bistro/terrasse de 50 places, ainsi que pour le service de banquet.
